Certified Educational Planner, Sarah Longo-Garcia, in Mexico City keeps this list updated of U.S. Universities that don’t necessarily require the SAT for international students.

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, you’ll find most U.S. higher educational institutions have adjusted their policies to accommodate the fact that many of you have not been able to take one of these exams as they are only offered in person. When in doubt, please check with the university ahead of time about their testing requirements.
